We truly understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. However, due to the nature of our products and in the interest of pet hygiene and safety, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.

All our collars, leashes, and wellness products are designed to be worn and used by pets, and once tried on, they cannot be resold or reused.

That said, we take quality very seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
